I Hate Go Daddy's Customer Service


I know no one will care but sometimes facebook plays a great role when ones wants to vent so here we go: GoDaddy's CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS! THEY ARE RUDE & DON'T GIVE A RIP ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! And Yes I am a long time customer who spends several 100s of dollars with them yearly and sometimes even monthly! And no this is not the first time a rep has called me (yes I said they called me) wanting me to renew a domain and when I tell them I believe the renew is a setting that is set when the domain is purchased and each rep quickly responded rude and disrespectful when trying to get me to pay them more money is totally beyond me! I can't stand terrible customer service especially when they're calling me trying to upsell me! Apparently all of Godaddy's money is going towards Ads with Wanna Be Hooter Girls and not enough in serving their customers!!!

  1. I hate godaddy support and reseller program as much as you do.

    It is one thing if the company is small but they rep the bad aspect of corporate America. Just always trying to suck you dry......... vague, lame and vague

    My client had to pay $150 for a simple misunderstanding. They cancel her account and now within only 1 month, we restore but the site works whacky...

    omg, godaddy sucks... I hope for the sake of the people who work there, that they get it right.........
